Saturday, Feb. 8, will be Bobby Lutz Day as the Charlotte 49ers honor the former coach during Alumni Reunion Weekend.

Hannah Javidi ’18 is on the 2025 Forbes 30 under 30 list for notable achievements in health care in North America. The magazine recognized her for the creation of a digital program to teach teens about sexual consent and skills.

More than 3,600 students were recognized with undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees and certificates during UNC Charlotte’s 2024 Fall Commencement ceremonies held in Dale F. Halton Arena Friday and Saturday, Dec. 13-14.
